Oral presentations
Each paper will be given 15 minutes for presentation and discussion (12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for discussion) while keynote paper will be given 30 minutes for presentation and discussion. A room for each section will be equipped with a LCD projector.
Poster Presentation
The poster display will be arranged at a meeting room. The poster presentation will be given 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes for presentation and discussion on the second day of the congress.
Each poster will be allotted a display board 90 cm x 210 cm (width x height). All illustrations must be brought by the authors.
Exhibition
An exhibition to introduce Japanese latest and traditional silk industry will be held.
Program for accompanying persons
A day-trip around Tsukuba city will be arranged for accompanying persons on 20th November 2019.
Post-Congress tour
Two optional post-congress tours would be arranged on 23rd November 2019 with extra charge. Both are one-day bus tours from Tsukuba. Interested persons can register for one of them on a website.
